“After a three year improvement of usability, we improved the functionality on a number of areas of the website,” said Miles Thorp, Director of Website Design and Development at Fantastic Media. “This involved improvements to the Artwork Approval Application, which allows customers to see a mock up created on the fly of the customer’s garments, and the addition of a Processes Area including the creation of a series of pages to explain how different personalisation processes work.
“A number of minor changes were made throughout the user experience to increase conversion rate by 9.76% year on year.”
