Get your business PR ready for 2020

15/10/2019

Do you work in a small to medium-sized business, or are you a business owner? Do you want to grab the attention of more potential customers to help increase your bottom line?

In this down to earth, straight talking and interactive full day workshop you will learn how the power of PR can reach your target audience and help convert them into paying customers.

We are Melanie Hill and Alex Mason and we have more than 30 years’ experience between us in the media and PR industries. We’ve worked with many businesses from start-ups to global organisations, steering their PR strategies to achieve success, including gaining reams of positive media coverage.

We’re most passionate about helping Yorkshire businesses to grow through the power of PR, which is why we have designed this course.

In it, we will explain exactly what PR is and how you can use it to shout about your business and give it a kick-start to further growth in 2020.

We will share techniques which YOU can use to:

  • Find a headline-worthy story about your business
  • Write your own press release that you can take away with you and send to journalists
  • Research your target media and build positive working relationships with journalists on those titles
  • Measure which types of PR work best for your business
  • Reach your target audience through social media

Knowing and understanding how to execute these techniques are essential…because you can’t run a successful business in secret!

We really hope you’ll join us on the day. Besides the training and insider tips you’ll also get to pick our brains on all things PR and media related that can help your business to grow. Oh, and we’ll even throw in lunch too!

We’re pleased as punch that this workshop will be held in The Boardroom, at The John Smith’s Stadium, Huddersfield. This inspiring room, the scene of so many momentous meetings in the recent history of Huddersfield Town and Huddersfield Giants, is not usually hired out, so we are privileged to have secured this venue.

Tea, coffee and a buffet lunch will also be provided.

Places are limited to just 12 delegates so please get in touch quickly to secure your place.
