There are 14 Allergens which make up the new food safety laws.
In each food service area an Allergen folder is made available to all guests who request clarification on product ingredients. Staff are trained to offer each guest the folder when requested.
We take food safety very seriously, and our Head Chef (who happens to be a coeliac) is very strict with food production to eliminate cross contamination risk.
However, if any guest of the Stadium has special dietary needs, we request that you make contact with us in advance of your visit.
