Howarths are pleased to announce that from July they will be launching a specialist HR department to complement the existing Employment Law and Health and Safety teams. This will include offering more specialist HR support services such as recruitment and selection, staff engagement and team building, performance management, pay and reward, and onsite attendance for investigations, disciplinaries and grievances (to name just a few!).
In addition to this Howarths have bolstered their team with the addition of Bob Cherry who will be joining them in July. Bob is a vastly experienced people manager having spent years working within the public sector at very senior levels. He is also a specialist investigator and so is ideally placed to support their clients with their onsite HR needs.
With a combination of professional qualifications and theory, and years of people management experience both in the private and public sector, the Howarths HR team will be perfectly equipped to offer their clients a multi-faceted approach to ensure we are adding value to their business. Howarths understand their clients’ problems aren’t merely legal, so their solutions won’t be either.
